Refunds and replacements

Under Victorian Consumer Law, a customer is entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product. We do not allow refunds or replacements if a customer has simply changed their mind about a purchase.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To process your return or replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our refund and returns policy expires after 30 days.

Customer information is only collected for the purpose that is specified on our website. It will not be used or disclosed for any secondary purpose.
